About

Getting to know Olivia

Hi, I’m Olivia. As a former Division II rower and competitive swimmer for over a decade, I bring the mindset of an athlete into the therapy room: the grit, the discipline, the pressure, and the resilience. That same drive fuels my work with individuals and families as they heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their sense of self.

I work primarily with clients from middle school through their 30s, as well as older adults and families, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals of any age with autism and other special needs. My clinical passions include trauma recovery, sports counseling, and supporting neurodivergent clients with compassion and flexibility.

In session, I take a warm, collaborative approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s strengths, needs, and nervous system. I integrate techniques from CBT, EMDR, somatic work, and play therapy to create a space where healing isn’t just possible—it’s empowering.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, trauma, identity shifts, or performance pressure, I’m here to help you slow down, tune in, and move forward.
